- **How do I check on my repair?** Enter your repair number and postcode on the repair status page. The repair number is printed on your drop-off ticket and in your booking email.
- **What happens if my laptop isn’t worth repairing?** We tell you straight. We can recover your files, securely wipe the drive with a certificate, and recycle the laptop — or buy it for parts.
